Adaptive fuzzy control for non‐strict‐feedback stochastic uncertain non‐linear systems based on event‐triggered strategy

open access: yesIET Control Theory & Applications, 2021
This paper investigates the issue of adaptive fuzzy control for a category of non‐strict‐feedback stochastic uncertain non‐linear systems. Based on event‐triggered mechanism, an adaptive fuzzy controller with a simple form is designed by combining ...

Characterizing the salivary RNA landscape to identify potential diagnostic, prognostic, and follow‐up biomarkers for breast cancer

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
This study explores salivary RNA for breast cancer (BC) diagnosis, prognosis, and follow‐up. High‐throughput RNA sequencing identified distinct salivary RNA signatures, including novel transcripts, that differentiate BC from healthy controls, characterize histological and molecular subtypes, and indicate lymph node involvement.

Design and analysis of a novel coupled converter with high‐voltage insulation protection in magnetic isolated way

open access: yesIET Power Electronics, 2021
This paper presents a novel coupled converter with high‐voltage insulation protection in magnetic isolated way by taking the case of heater/ignitor/keeper supply for powering discharge cathode in the space ion electric propulsion (EP) thruster.

Intein‐based modular chimeric antigen receptor platform for specific CD19/CD20 co‐targeting

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
CARtein is a modular CAR platform that uses split inteins to splice antigen‐recognition modules onto a universal signaling backbone, enabling precise, scarless assembly without re‐engineering signaling domains. Deployed here against CD19 and CD20 in B‐cell malignancies, the design supports flexible multi‐antigen targeting to boost T‐cell activation and

Robust iterative learning control for uncertain continuous‐time system with input delay and random iteration‐varying uncertainties

open access: yesIET Control Theory & Applications, 2021
This study deals with the problem of robust iterative learning control (ILC) for linear continuous‐time systems with input delay subject to uncertainties in input delay, plant dynamic, reference trajectory, initial conditions and disturbances.

Cytoplasmic p21 promotes stemness of colon cancer cells via activation of the NFκB pathway

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Cytoplasmic p21 promotes colorectal cancer stem cell (CSC) features by destabilizing the NFκB–IκB complex, activating NFκB signaling, and upregulating BCL‐xL and COX2. In contrast to nuclear p21, cytoplasmic p21 enhances spheroid formation and stemness transcription factor CD133.

A fuzzy adaptive admittance controller for force tracking in an uncertain contact environment

open access: yesIET Control Theory & Applications, 2021
Traditional constant admittance controller (CAC) in uncertain contact environment is highly dependent on environmental location and stiffness, which are always difficult to obtain in most applications. To address this problem, a fuzzy adaptive admittance

Enhanced PI control and adaptive gain tuning schemes for distributed secondary control of an islanded microgrid

open access: yesIET Renewable Power Generation, 2021
This paper develops an enhanced proportional‐integral distributed control scheme (EPI‐DCS) to regulate the frequency and voltage of a droop‐controlled microgrid and share the power mismatch, simultaneously.
