Understanding the Gaps in Home Medication Safety: A Cross‐Sectional Study of Knowledge, Attitudes, and Behavioral Determinants

Background: Home medication safety remains a public health concern. Methods: Cross‐sectional study of 312 adults in Jeddah assessed knowledge, attitudes, and behaviors related to home medication use. Results: Knowledge was highest (68.7%), behavior was moderate (65.4%), and attitudes were lowest (53.8%), indicating a critical gap.

DTI‐ALPS as a Biomarker of Small Vessel Disease Progression and Amyloid‐β in Normal Aging: A 3‐Year Longitudinal Study

A higher DTI‐derived ALPS index relates cross‐sectionally to both quantitative and visual measures of SVD and is associated with short‐term amyloid‐β accumulation in cognitively normal older adults. Also, greater amyloid burden and choroid plexus volume are associated with a more rapid deterioration in global cognition and processing speed.
