Separation of variables in the Kramers equation
We consider the problem of separation of variables in the Kramers equation admitting a non-trivial symmetry group. Provided the external potential V (x) is at most quadratic, a complete solution of the problem of separation of variables is obtained ...

COMP–PMEPA1 axis promotes epithelial‐to‐mesenchymal transition in breast cancer cells
This study reveals that cartilage oligomeric matrix protein (COMP) promotes epithelial‐to‐mesenchymal transition (EMT) in breast cancer. We identify PMEPA1 (protein TMEPAI) as a novel COMP‐binding partner that mediates EMT via binding to the TSP domains of COMP, establishing the COMP–PMEPA1 axis as a key EMT driver in breast cancer.

An operator equation and relativistic alterations in the time for radioactive decay
In this paper, using concepts from the nonstandard physical world, the linear effect line element is derived. Previously, this line element was employed to obtain, with the exception of radioactive decay, all of the experimentally verified special theory

Two-dimensional imaginary lobachevsky space. Separation of variables and contractions
The In n -Wigner contraction from the SO(2, 1) group to the E(1, 1) group is used to relate the separation of variables in Laplace-Beltrami (Helmholtz) equations for the corresponding two-dimensional homogeneous spaces: two-dimensional one sheeted ...

Pre‐analytical handling critically determines liquid biopsy performance. This study defines practical best‐practice conditions for cell‐free DNA (cfDNA) and extracellular vesicle–derived DNA (evDNA), showing how processing time, storage conditions, tube type, and plasma input volume affect DNA integrity and mutation detection.

Glioma cells mainly express the endothelin receptor EDNRB, while EDNRA is restricted to a perivascular tumor subpopulation. Endothelin signaling reduces glioma cell proliferation while promoting migration and a proneural‐to‐mesenchymal transition associated with poor prognosis. This pathway activates Ca2+, K+, ERK, and STAT3 signalings and is regulated

Visualization of flow separation inside cut kerf during laser cutting of thick sections
The behavior of oxygen gas not only determines the oxidation heat input but also affects the removal of molten metal during laser-oxygen cutting. Flow separation inside the cut kerf is the major problem for the deterioration of cut ability and cut ...

Interrogating the immune landscape of microsatellite stable RAS‐mutated colon cancer
COLOSSUS project RAS‐mutated MSS colon cancer study explored transcriptomics and immune cell density by immunohistochemistry (IHC), Immunoscore (IS), ISIC/TuLIS scores, mutation counts, and detected different prevalences but similar microenvironment composition across immune markers with clinical relevance for future immunotherapy combination ...

Keratin 19 (KRT19) is overexpressed in high‐grade serous ovarian cancer with high levels of Kallikrein‐related peptidases (KLK) 4–7 and is associated with poor survival. In vivo analyses demonstrate that elevated KRT19 increases peritoneal tumour burden.
