Testing for Separation in Agricultural Household Models and Unobservable Household-Specific Effects [PDF]
When market structure is complete, factor demands by households will be independent of their characteristics, and households will take their production decisions as if they were profit-maximizing firms.

How can we manage repairing a broken finite vibrating string? Solutions to the problem II
The current research deals with the IBVP (JODEA, 31 (2) (2023), 89 – 114) for the 1D homogeneous wave equation with discontinuous piece-wise constant coefficient posed to study three approaches to implement the transmission conditions (called ‘repairing’

Structural insights and therapeutic targets in Acinetobacter baumannii capsule biosynthesis
Hypervirulent KL49 A. baumannii's capsular polysaccharide contains the nonulosonic acid 8‐epi‐Leg5,7Ac2, synthesized by epimerization via ElaA, ElaB, and ElaC. Crystal structures of ElaA, ElaB, and ElaC reveal their role in CMP‐Leg5,7Ac2 synthesis and regioselective C8 epimerization.

Selective separation of gallium from acidic leach solutions by emulsion liquid membranes
The separation and concentration of gallium from acidic leach solutions, containing various other ions such as iron, cobalt, nickel, zinc, cadmium, lead, copper, and aluminium, by an emulsion liquid membrane (ELM) technique using tributyl phosphate (TBP)

Inositol pyrophosphates are energy‐rich signaling molecules that perform critical functions in cells. Three different families of phosphatases hydrolyze the β phosphate of the inositol pyrophosphate molecules: two have narrow specificities and one is promiscuous.

On Darboux's Approach to R-Separability of Variables
We discuss the problem of R-separability (separability of variables with a factor R) in the stationary Schrödinger equation on n-dimensional Riemann space.

Design and analysis strategies for robust microbiome ageing research
The gut microbiome changes with age and associates with age‐related morbidity and mortality, establishing it as a potential biomarker and intervention target for ageing. Realising this potential requires methodological rigour, yet distinguishing biological signals from methodological artefacts remains challenging across cohorts. This review provides an

Superintegrable Stäckel Systems on the Plane: Elliptic and Parabolic Coordinates
Recently we proposed a generic construction of the additional integrals of motion for the Stäckel systems applying addition theorems to the angle variables.

Protein aggregates threaten proteostasis and cell health. In human cells, Hsp70–J‐domain protein‐based disaggregases remove aggregates, but how they assemble remains unclear. Our biochemical findings show that DNAJA2‐ and DNAJB1‐containing disaggregase scaffolds enhance luciferase aggregate targeting, and that Hsp70 recruitment by both J‐domain ...

An interesting case of variables separation
There is an application of holomorphic expansions \[ W= \sum^\infty_{|n|= 0}\overline z^n W_n(z)\tag{HE} \] and connected results to construct explicit solution for linear partial differential equation (PDE) with constant coefficients, as for instance heat, wave or Laplace equations.
