Targeted Anti‐IL‐1 Immunomodulatory Therapy in Pediatric Onset PPP1R13L‐Related Arrhythmogenic Cardiomyopathy

open access: yesAmerican Journal of Medical Genetics Part A, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Autosomal recessive loss‐of‐function variants in PPP1R13L cause an ultra‐rare cardiocutaneous syndrome characterized by rapidly progressive arrhythmogenic cardiomyopathy (ACM). Tailored Nanogel Network Topology Enables Clinical Ultrasound‐Induced Mechanochemical Activation for In Vivo Therapy

open access: yesAngewandte Chemie, EarlyView.
The strategy of engineering nanogel network topology is developed to achieve iterative activation of mechanophores upon high‐frequency and low‐intensity ultrasound. This places the nanogel system among the systems that can respond to the ultrasound with the highest frequency and lowest intensity as well as have the fastest activation rate so far.
