Research of a separation method of positive and negative sequence component in coal mine power supply system

open access: yesGong-kuang zidonghua, 2015
In view of problem that negative sequence components in unbalanced coal mine power system affect stable running of electric locomotive, and in order to satisfy control strategy of three-phase PWM rectifier, the characteristics of asymmetric signal under ...

Valosin‐containing protein counteracts ATP‐driven dissolution of FUS condensates through its ATPase activity in vitro

open access: yesFEBS Letters, EarlyView.
Biomolecular condensates formed by fused in sarcoma (FUS) are dissolved by high ATP concentrations yet persist in cells. Using a reconstituted system, we demonstrate that valosin‐containing protein (VCP), an AAA+ ATPase, counteracts ATP‐driven dissolution of FUS condensates through its D2 ATPase activity.

The Performance of a Three-Phase Induction Motor under and over Unbalance Voltage

open access: yesTikrit Journal of Engineering Sciences, 2022
Voltage unbalance is an adverse global phenomenon impacting three-phase induction motor output. Three-phase source voltage may become imbalanced in a variety of respects, while a balanced system preserves stable voltage magnitude and angles in three ...

Diversity and complexity in neural organoids

open access: yesFEBS Letters, EarlyView.
Neural organoid research aims to expand genetic diversity on one side and increase tissue complexity on the other. Chimeroids integrate multiple donor genomes within single organoids. Self‐organising multi‐identity organoids, exogenous cell seeding, or enforced assembly of region‐specific organoids contribute to tissue complexity.

Linking neurogenesis, oligodendrogenesis, and myelination defects to neurodevelopmental disruption in primary mitochondrial disorders

open access: yesFEBS Letters, EarlyView.
Mitochondrial remodeling shapes neural and glial lineage progression by matching metabolic supply with demand. Elevated OXPHOS supports differentiation and myelin formation, while myelin compaction lowers mitochondrial dependence, revealing mitochondria as key drivers of developmental energy adaptation.

Fully Decoupled Branch Energy Balancing Control Method for Modular Multilevel Matrix Converter Based on Sequence Circulating Components

open access: yesCSEE Journal of Power and Energy Systems
The modular multilevel matrix converter (M3C) is a potential frequency converter for low-frequency AC transmission. However, capacitor voltage control of high-voltage and large-capacity M3C is more difficult, especially for voltage balancing between ...

An isoform of 14‐3‐3 protein regulates transbilayer lipid movement at the plasma membrane

open access: yesFEBS Letters, EarlyView.
Loss of 14‐3‐3ζ in CHO cells confers resistance to exogenous phosphatidylserine (PS) and impairs endocytosis‐independent inward flip‐flop of fluorescent PS at the plasma membrane. RNAi‐mediated knockdown reproduces this defect, while no additive effect is seen in ATP11C‐deficient cells.

Complete mitochondrial genome sequence analysis revealed double matrilineal components in Indian Ghoongroo pigs

open access: yesScientific Reports
This research aimed to characterize the mitochondrial genome of the Ghoongroo (GH) pig, a notable breed in India, along with its crossbred varieties, to elucidate their matrilineal components, evolutionary history, and implications for conservation ...

ON THE COMPONENTS OF SOME SPECIAL SEQUENCES

open access: yes, 2019
The Fibonacci, Lucas, Pell, Pell-Lucas, Jacobsthal and Jacobsthal-Lucas sequences {Fn}, {Ln}, {Pn}, {P Ln}, {Jn} and {JLn} are defined by two order recurrences for n ≥ 0, respectively, Fn+2 = Fn+1 + Fn, Ln+2 = Ln+1 + Ln, Pn+2 = 2Pn+1 + Pn, P Ln+2 = 2P Ln+1 + P Ln, Jn+2 = Jn+1 + 2Jn, JLn+2 = JLn+1 + 2JLn, with the initial conditions, respectively, F0 = 0,

The ubiquitin ligase RNF115 is required for the clearance of damaged lysosomes

open access: yesFEBS Letters, EarlyView.
Upon lysosomal rupture, an E3 ubiquitin ligase RNF115 translocates from the cytosol to the damaged lysosomal membrane. Moreover, RNF115 depletion impairs the clearance of damaged lysosomes, identifying it as a key regulator of lysosomal quality control.
