Naphthyridine‐Based Donor–Acceptor Boron Difluoride Complexes Targeting Red Emission in Organic Light‐Emitting Diodes

open access: yesAdvanced Optical Materials, EarlyView.
Four donor–acceptor boron difluoride complexes based on triphenylamine donor and a naphthyridine acceptor units were synthesized, studied, and applied as OLED emitters. They exhibit pronounced intramolecular charge transfer character, balanced charge transport properties, and tunable emission. Near‐unity PLQYs are achieved for selected compounds, while

Analysis of Heavy Metal Speciation and Organic Compounds in Soil Using Electrochemical Mass Spectrometry

open access: yesZhipu Xuebao
It is of great significance to analyze the heavy metal speciation and identify the organic compounds in soil. By now, the most of existed methods can not be used for simultaneously analyzing metal-containing compounds and organic components, which ...

Iterative C−H Functionalization Leading to Multiple Amidations of Anilides

open access: yes, 2017
Polyaminobenzenes were synthesized by the ruthenium-catalyzed iterative C−H amidation of anilides using dioxazolones as an amino source. This strategy could be implemented by the sequential activation of C−H bonds of formerly generated compounds by ...

Near‐Infrared‐Driven Metal–Organic Frameworks‐Based Nanorobots for Controlled Photothermal‐Chemical Therapy Synergistic Induction of Cancer Cell Death

open access: yesAdvanced Robotics Research, EarlyView.
To achieve efficient cancer cell death, a bowl‐shaped PDA@UiO‐66@DOX nanorobot drug‐delivery nanoplatform was developed. Near‐infrared irradiation not only drives the nanorobot to exhibit self‐thermophoretic motion and elevates temperature but also triggers Doxorubicin (DOX) release via hyperthermia, enhancing cancer cells uptake of DOX and thereby ...

Evaluation of cations and chelating agents as extracellular extractants for Cu, Pb, V and Zn in the sequential elution technique applied to the terrestrial moss Pseudoscleropodium purum

open access: yesEcotoxicology and Environmental Safety, 2010
Three experiments were carried out to select the best extractant for use in the sequential elution technique, to enable extraction of Cu, Pb, V and Zn from the extracellular fraction of the terrestrial moss Pseudoscleropodium purum. The optimal concentrations of the extractants tested (CoCl(2), NiCl(2), Pb(NO(3))(2), SrCl(2), dimercaprol, EDTA ...

Zinc Exposure Causes Disulfidptosis to Induce Miscarriage by Up‐Regulating GATA1/METTL1/SLC7A11 Axis

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Zn exposure up‐regulates GATA1, promoting GATA1‐mediated METTL1 and SLC7A11 transcription. It also enhances METTL1‐mediated m7G modification on SLC7A11 mRNA, increasing SLC7A11 mRNA stability. Ultimately, Zn exposure up‐regulates SLC7A11 at both transcriptional and post‐transcriptional levels, causing disulfidptosis. Knockdown of murine Slc7a11, Gata1,

The Novel Insertion of Imines into a Late-Metal−Carbon σ-Bond:  Developing a Palladium-Mediated Route to Polypeptides

open access: yes, 2016
The palladium complex (bipy)Pd(CH3)NCCH3+OTf- (2; bipy = 2,2‘-bipyridyl, OTf = OSO2CF3) has been found to undergo the novel sequential insertion of carbon monoxide and imine into the metal−carbon bond in a manner directly analogous to that observed in ...

PET Imaging of Cardiac Inflammation in Viral Myocarditis Using a DPP4‐Targeted Probe

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
This study describes a DPP4‐targeted PET probe for imaging myocardial inflammation by selectively targeting activated immune cells. Derived from the clinically approved small‐molecule inhibitor linagliptin, the probe demonstrates favorable biodistribution with specific cardiac uptake in myocarditis.
