Binding of radio-iodinated gonadotropin to the ovary of exotic carp (Cyprinus carpio Lin.) [PDF]
Heterologous murrel gonadotropic hormone (m-GtH) binds to common carp oocyte plasma membrane and enhances steroid secretion. With increasing concentration of radio-labelled hormone the receptor binding is also found to increase linearly up to a certain ...

Nanobiotechnology‐Based Approaches for Uveal Melanoma Treatment
Emerging platforms for uveal melanoma combine precision drug delivery, ROS‐amplifying modalities, and nucleic acid transport to overcome ocular barriers and immunosuppressive niches. Targeted nanoparticles, virus‐like constructs, and injectable depots enable localized activation, controlled release, and gene‐level reprogramming.

Bio-inspired artemether-loaded human serum albumin nanoparticles for effective control of malaria-infected erythrocytes [PDF]
Aim: The intra-erythrocytic development of the malarial parasite is dependent on active uptake of nutrients, including human serum albumin (HSA), into parasitized red blood cells (pRBCs).

A T-lymphoma transmembrane glycoprotein (gp180) is linked to the cytoskeletal protein, fodrin. [PDF]
A major mouse T-lymphoma surface glycoprotein (gp180) has been identified by labeling cells with 125I and [3H]glucosamine. After ligand-induced receptor patching and/or capping, the amount of gp 180 in the membrane-associated cytoskeleton fraction ...

Blood Volumes of Ducks Using Human Serum Albumin Labeled with Radioiodine
SummaryBlood volume determinations were performed on 42 ducks of various weights, using radioiodinated human serum albumin. The blood in ml per kg body weight in young ducks weighing 150-450 g is 107 + 2.34. For the intermediate group weighing 700-1100 g it is 102 + 1.79. In young adult birds weighing 1100-2000 g it is 86.3 + 1.58.
