Obtención y caracterización estructural de β-D-glucanos de la seta comestible Pleurotus pulmonarius
Se describe aquí el proceso de extracción, aislamiento y purificación para obtener un extracto crudo de β-D-glucanos de la seta comestible Pleurotus pulmonarius. A partir de una mezcla de micelio y cuerpos fructíferos del hongo (basidiocarpóforo), se preparó el extracto crudo, del cual se extrajeron β-D-glucanos en fracción acuosa y alcalina.
