Pharmacokinetic engineering of clickable radioligands was achieved via albumin hitchhiking approach within a pretargeted radiotheranostics delivery platform. This approach reduced rapid renal elimination, expanded bioorthogonal capture window, boosted tumor uptake by ∼3.5‐fold, and improved the tumor‐to‐liver ratio by ∼6‐fold.

Bacteria‐Responsive Nanostructured Drug Delivery Systems for Targeted Antimicrobial Therapy
Bacteria‐responsive nanocarriers are designed to release antimicrobials only in the presence of infection‐specific cues. This selective activation ensures drug release precisely at the site of infection, avoiding premature or indiscriminate release, and enhancing efficacy.

Controlling the protein corona formation onto carbon nanomaterials (CNMs) enhances their functionalities as platforms for cancer theranostics. Here, we reviewed the effects of the intrinsic and acquired properties of CNMs on protein corona formation, the consequent biological and toxicological outcomes, and the strategies to reshape corona formation ...

Effects of medium-chain fatty acids on growth performance, microbial attributes, and fat deposition in broiler chicken [PDF]
Poultry are monogastric animals that share a fat tissue structure that is strikingly comparable to the fat in animal feed. This indicates that the kind and source of fat in animal diets can significantly impact the accumulation and composition of fatty ...

E. coli Extracellular Matrix: A Tunable Composite With Hierarchical Structure
The complex composite‐like mechanical behavior of E. coli biofilm matrix is the result of a synergic contribution of the rigid curli and swelling pEtN‐cellulose, and emerges from specific ratio and assembly conditions. The interactions between the two fibers govern biofilm hydration and characteristic wrinkling patterns, providing crucial insights for ...
