Glycolytic dysregulation is implicated in disease progression, yet the underlying mechanisms remain unclear. This study investigates how Aldolase A (ALDOA) drives ALS progression through glycolysis‐mediated motor neuron pyroptosis.

This study aims to investigate the capabilities of FHs and its relation to sustainability by conducting explorative case studies in Sweden.

Gastrointestinal (GI) symptoms are common and often manifest early. Emerging data suggest a link between GI and cardiac manifestations, possibly through shared mechanisms like dysautonomia.
