Ag‐Induced Phase and Defect Engineering of Co‐Evaporated Sb2Se3 Thin Films for Enhanced Photovoltaic Performance

open access: yesENERGY &ENVIRONMENTAL MATERIALS, EarlyView.
The sequential formation of Ag2Se and AgSbSe2 phases at the Sb2Se3/Mo interface upon Ag incorporation in co‐evaporated Sb2Se3 solar cells promotes grain growth and defect passivation. These newly formed intermediate phases enhance crystallinity and suppress recombination, leading to significant improvements in open‐circuit voltage, fill factor, and ...

Three Phase Shunt Active Power Filter Using Simulink

open access: yesInternational Journal of Scientific Research in Science, Engineering and Technology, 2021
In AC power grids for harmonic emission reduction and reactive power compensation, activity filters have become very common. The network with non-linear loads such as power converters is equipped with an active power filter for optimizing THD. Shunt type or series type. It also enhances voltage control and unbalance in flicks.

Maximizing Energy Generation in Agrivoltaic Systems: A Study of Bifacial and Monofacial Modules With Consideration of Module Height and Albedo Impact

open access: yesEnergy Science &Engineering, EarlyView.
This study evaluates the performance of bifacial and monofacial PV modules in agrivoltaic systems using PVsyst simulations. Real albedo measurements from a wheat field were incorporated to ensure realistic results. Bifacial modules demonstrated a 19.46% increase in energy yield compared to monofacial ones.
