We investigate controlled phase separation of a binary Bose-Einstein condensate (BEC) in the proximity of mixed-spin-channel Feshbach resonance in the |F = 1, mF = +1> and |F = 2,mF = -1> states of 87Rb at a magnetic field of 9.10 G.

In this study, we found that human cervical‐derived adipocytes maintain intracellular iron level by regulating the expression of iron transport‐related proteins during adrenergic stimulation. Melanotransferrin is predicted to interact with transferrin receptor 1 based on in silico analysis.

Enhancing non-profiled side-channel attacks by time-frequency analysis
Side-channel analysis (SCA) has become an increasing important method to assess the physical security of cryptographic systems. In the process of SCA, the number of attack data directly determines the performance of SCA.

Quantitative approaches to linguistic variation in IRC : implications for qualitative research [PDF]
Qualitative analysis of code choice, code switching, and language style in Internet Relay Chat (IRC) can shed light on functional-pragmatic aspects of the use of different linguistic varieties.

Development of therapies targeting cancer‐associated fibroblasts (CAFs) necessitates preclinical model systems that faithfully represent CAF–tumor biology. We established an in vitro coculture system of patient‐derived pancreatic CAFs and tumor cell lines and demonstrated its recapitulation of primary CAF–tumor biology with single‐cell transcriptomics ...

Cell surface interactome analysis identifies TSPAN4 as a negative regulator of PD‐L1 in melanoma
Using cell surface proximity biotinylation, we identified tetraspanin TSPAN4 within the PD‐L1 interactome of melanoma cells. TSPAN4 negatively regulates PD‐L1 expression and lateral mobility by limiting its interaction with CMTM6 and promoting PD‐L1 degradation.

An updated analysis of radion-higgs mixing in the light of LHC data
We explore the constraints on the parameter space of a Randall-Sundrum warped geometry scenario, where a radion field arises out of the attempt to stabilise the radius of the extra compact spacelike dimension, using the most recent data from higgs ...
