Existence of Nontrivial Solutions for Some Second-Order Multipoint Boundary Value Problems
By using fixed point theorems with lattice structure, the existence of negative solution and sign-changing solution for some second-order multipoint boundary value problems is obtained.

Pre‐analytical handling critically determines liquid biopsy performance. This study defines practical best‐practice conditions for cell‐free DNA (cfDNA) and extracellular vesicle–derived DNA (evDNA), showing how processing time, storage conditions, tube type, and plasma input volume affect DNA integrity and mutation detection.

Glioma cells mainly express the endothelin receptor EDNRB, while EDNRA is restricted to a perivascular tumor subpopulation. Endothelin signaling reduces glioma cell proliferation while promoting migration and a proneural‐to‐mesenchymal transition associated with poor prognosis. This pathway activates Ca2+, K+, ERK, and STAT3 signalings and is regulated

In this paper we study the existence of sign-changing solutions for nonlinear problems involving the fractional Laplacian 0.1 { ( − Δ ) s u − λ u = f ( x , u ) , x ∈ Ω , u = 0 , x ∈ R n ∖ Ω , $$ \left \{ \textstyle\begin{array}{l@{\quad}l} (-\Delta)^{s}u-

Cytarabine is a key therapy for acute myeloid leukaemia (AML), but its efficacy is limited by the dNTPase SAMHD1, which hydrolyses its active metabolite. Screening nucleotide biosynthesis inhibitors revealed that IMPDH inhibitors selectively sensitise SAMHD1‐proficient AML cells to cytarabine.

Keratin 19 (KRT19) is overexpressed in high‐grade serous ovarian cancer with high levels of Kallikrein‐related peptidases (KLK) 4–7 and is associated with poor survival. In vivo analyses demonstrate that elevated KRT19 increases peritoneal tumour burden.

Somatic mutational landscape in von Hippel–Lindau familial hemangioblastoma
The causes of central nervous system (CNS) hemangioblastoma in Von Hippel–Lindau (vHL) disease are unclear. We used Whole Exome Sequencing (WES) on familial hemangioblastoma to investigate events that underlie tumor development. Our findings suggest that VHL loss creates a permissive environment for tumor formation, while additional alterations ...

Sign-changing solution for critical Schrödinger–Poisson system with concave perturbation
In this paper, we consider the following Schrödinger–Poisson system with critical-concave nonlinearity: \begin{equation*} \begin{cases} \displaystyle -\Delta u+l(x)\phi u =|u|^4u+\mu h(x)|u|^{q-2}u &\mbox{in}\ \mathbb{R}^3, \\ \displaystyle -

Nonradial solutions for semilinear Schrödinger equations with sign-changing potential
In this paper, we investigate the existence of infinite nonradial solutions for the Schrödinger equations \begin{equation*} \begin{cases} -\triangle u+b(|x|)u=f(|x|, u), &\quad x\in {\mathbb{R}}^{N},\\ u\in H^{1}({\mathbb{R}}^{N}), \end ...
