Signal Demodulation Methods for Electrical Tomography: A Review [PDF]

open access: yesIEEE Sensors Journal, 2019
The amplitude and phase of each sinusoidal frequency component in a signal can be obtained by phase-sensitive demodulation, which is commonly used in electrical tomography (ET) and greatly influences the performance of the ET system. In the past decades,

Demodulation of cochannel QAM signals

International Conference on Acoustics, Speech, and Signal Processing, 2003
The authors describe a technique for demodulating a quadrature amplitude modulated (QAM) signal in the presence of a second cochannel QAM interferer and intersymbol interference. The method consists of a two-step procedure whereby tentative estimates of both the desired and interfering signals are made and then converted into final estimates by ...

An adaptive demodulation for OFDM signal

2016 International Symposium on Intelligent Signal Processing and Communication Systems (ISPACS), 2016
This paper presents a novel method for OFDM demodulation based on LMS adaptive filter. In this proposed method, data symbol is reconstructed from amplitude of reference signal without using fast Fourier transform and thus this method can be applied for real time system.
