A New Method for the Demodulation of FM Signals
IEEE Transactions on Communications, 1980A novel time-domain semidigital approach for frequency demodulation is described. This conceptually simple method, utilizing a couple of engineering approximations, has excellent linearity for small frequency deviation, an undeteriorating sensitivity even for very small frequency deviation, is self-timed and is highly suitable for circuit integration ...

Signal Demodulation: Solutions
2013Design of peak detectors is done with help of numerical solver, however, preliminary calculations can be done using approximative model. In order to design peak detector whose operation becomes close to the circuit model based on ideal diode, in realistic peak detector it is common to use active diode circuit instead of a single diode.

Demodulation digital modulierter Signale

Modulated waveform must be received and the message recovered. The message recovery in AM communication systems requires a circuit that is capable to extract the carrier envelope. A diode–capacitor based circuit known as envelope detector (or, peak detector) is essential part of both AM and FM receivers, as well as many other analog signal processing ...

Frequency Estimation by Demodulation of No Complex Signals
IEEE Power Engineering Review, 1997This paper presents a method for frequency estimation in a power system by demodulation of two complex signals. In power system analysis, the /spl alpha//spl beta/-transform is used to convert three phase quantities to a complex quantity where the real part is the in-phase component and the imaginary part is the quadrature component.

Demodulation of MFSK Baseband Signal
MILCOM 1984 - IEEE Military Communications Conference, 1984This paper describes a circuit designed to determine the presence of one of n frequencies over a constant time interval called a bit period. The method used is a microprogram that performs a series of arithmetic operations on samples of input signal and samples stored for each of the n frequencies.

Noncircularity of Demodulated Radar Signal
International Journal of Electronics and Telecommunications, 2013Abstract The output of the quadrature demodulator is generally regarded as a complex signal that is circular if only the demodulator is well balanced. In the paper we analyze properties of quadrature demodulators, particularly digital one, and show that the output is noncircular also if the input signal is nonstationary.

Demodulation of 13.56 MHz load-modulated signals
e & i Elektrotechnik und Informationstechnik, 2007The paper addresses the demodulation of load modulated signals. Such signals are typically generated by transponders in the reactive near field of High Frequency Radio Frequency Identification (HF-RFID) systems in the 13.56 MHz range. Besides a brief analysis of limitations of such systems we present a simple yet robust demodulation method which can be

Performance of a correlation demodulator in the presence of a speech signal
Signal Processing, 1994Abstract The performance of a correlation demodulator (CD) in a channel with an additive speech signal and background noise is analyzed. Expression of eenergy loss due to the influence of the speech signal and of probability of error are obtained. For that purpose the speech signal is considered as a random combination of vowel, consonant and a pause.

CVG Dynamics in Demodulated Signals
2015In the previous chapter we analysed dynamics of the CVG sensitive element in terms of generalised coordinates x 1 and x 2 that describe harmonic primary and secondary motion correspondingly.
