Stereo signal demodulating circuits
The Journal of the Acoustical Society of America, 1980A stereo signal demodulating circuit of a switching type is provided with a differential amplifier to obtain difference signals between two output signals from the switching circuit. The difference signals from the differential amplifier are added to the stereo composite signal to obtain the left (L) and right (R) audio signals.

Fast FSK signals and their demodulation
Canadian Electrical Engineering Journal, 1976The Fast FSK is a particular kind of FSK (Frequency Shift Keying) which is useful for the transmission of digital data over an r.f. channel which is limited in both bandwidth and power. This paper describes the performance of the Fast FSK, and outlines the practical circuits which demodulate it.

Analytic signal demodulation of phase-modulated frequency-chirped signals
Applied Optics, 2013Both interferometers and frequency-modulated (FM) radios create sinusoidal signals with phase information that must be recovered. Often these two applications use narrow band signals but some applications create signals with a large bandwidth. For example, accelerated mirrors in an interferometer naturally create a chirped frequency that linearly ...

When a modulated signal arrives at the receiving antenna, the embedded information must somehow be extracted by the receiver and separated from the HF carrier signal. This information recovery process is known as “demodulation” or “detection”. It is based on an underlying mechanism similar to the one used in mixers, where a nonlinear element is used to

Amplitude demodulation of filtered AM/PM signals
IEEE Transactions on Information Theory, 1988The input signal is assumed to be simultaneously amplitude and phase modulated (AM and PM), and the bandpass filter may be unsymmetrical and mistuned. The demodulator output is the magnitude of the filtered signal for an AM receiver or its phase for a PM receiver. For such a system with amplitude demodulation, the results are found and presented in the
