The Batch Verifying Multiple Digital Signature Scheme: A Modified Version of Ohta-Okamoto Digital Signature

open access: yes, 2012
[[abstract]]In order to reduce the signature verification time quite, some investigations on DSA-type and RSA-type digital signatures have been done to achieve batch verification.

Developmental programmes drive cellular plasticity, disease progression and therapy resistance in lung adenocarcinoma

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
This study shows that lung adenocarcinomas exploit developmental branching morphogenesis to acquire a therapy resistant basal‐like tumour cell state. This process was found to be regulated by combined TP53 loss‐of‐function and type‐I interferon signalling, identifying a novel axis for biomarker and therapeutic target discovery.

A Thesis: A CRYPTOGRAPHIC STUDY OF SOME DIGITAL SIGNATURE SCHEMES.

open access: yes, 2003
In this thesis, we propose some directed signature schemes. In addition, we have discussed their applications in different situations. In this thesis, we would like to discuss the security aspects during the design process of the proposed directed ...

Stimulator of interferon genes agonist augmented antitumor immunity of osimertinib in Egfr‐mutated lung cancer

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Combining osimertinib with the STING agonist ADU‐S100 activates innate and adaptive immunity to overcome the non‐inflamed microenvironment of Egfr‐mutant lung cancer. This combination increases NK and CD8+ T‐cell infiltration, associated with activation of the STING‐IRF3 pathway and local immunogenic cell death.

Loss of IGF‐1R impairs DNA‐PKcs recruitment to chromatin leading to defective end‐joining

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
IGF‐1R promotes radioresistance by facilitating DNA‐PKcs recruitment to chromatin, enabling non‐homologous end‐joining (NHEJ) repair of double‐strand breaks. Inhibition or loss of IGF‐1R disrupts this recruitment to damage sites, driving compensatory reliance on microhomology‐mediated end‐joining (MMEJ) repair.

Flow Enabled Target Capture Halbach‐based magnetic enrichment increases circulating tumor cell capture from blood in metastatic cancer patients

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Pair‐wise comparison of the CellSearch and FETCH enrichment technologies for circulating tumor cells (CTCs) from metastatic breast, prostate, and small cell lung cancer patients shows an increased capture of CTCs using FETCH enrichment. The clinical implementation of circulating tumor cells (CTCs) as a predictive tool for therapy efficacy in the ...

Generalization of Proxy Signature Based on Elliptic Curves

open access: yes, 2012
[[abstract]]In the past, proxy signature schemes were usually proposed to deal with one or two separate proxy conditions each. To make a difference, in this paper, the authors shall present a generalized version of proxy signature scheme.

Longitudinal genome‐wide aneuploidy measurements in circulating cell‐free DNA to predict lack of benefit from pembrolizumab in patients with metastatic urothelial cancer

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Many patients with urothelial cancer do not benefit from treatment with pembrolizumab, while at risk of severe side effects. Changes in the levels of circulating tumor DNA early during treatment, measured by a simple and affordable assay that can be easily implemented in the clinic, can be used as a prognostic tool to identify these patients.

A Multi-policy Threshold Signature Scheme with Traceable Participant Cosigners

open access: yes, 2009
[[abstract]]In a (t, n) threshold scheme, the secret can be reconstructed by the cooperation of t or more users. With this basic concept, Lee devised a threshold signature scheme with multiple signing policies in 2001.
