Generalization of the Laplace Transform of Powers of the sinc function

In this work, general expressions are found for the Laplace transform of \[L\left(\frac{\sin^m(at)}{t^n}\right) \quad \text{or} \quad L\left(\frac{\sin^n(t)\,\sin^m(at)}{t^p}\right).\] The results are expressed in terms of usual functions such as logarithms, arctangent, and rational functions.

The Sinc Interpolation in the Impulse Response Function Analysis

[Proceedings] IGARSS '92 International Geoscience and Remote Sensing Symposium, 2005
sin(x) The - (sinc) interpolation is commonly used in resampling SAR data centered around a point target to obtain the interpolated impulse response function to be analyzed. Detected SAR data are output from correlation processor in either amplitude or intensity format.

Polynomial, sinc and rational function methods for approximating analytic functions

1984
This paper presents practically useful constructive linear methods of approximation of analytic functions by polynomials, sinc functions and rational functions. Spaces of functions of the type frequently encountered in applications are described for approximation by each method.
