Trainable windows for SincNet architecture

open access: yesEURASIP Journal on Audio, Speech, and Music Processing, 2023
SincNet architecture has shown significant benefits over traditional Convolutional Neural Networks (CNN), especially for speaker recognition applications.

Sinc function representation and three-loop master diagrams [PDF]

open access: yesPhysical Review D, 2001
We test the Sinc function representation, a novel method for numerically evaluating Feynman diagrams, by using it to evaluate the three-loop master diagrams. Analytical results have been obtained for all these diagrams, and we find excellent agreement between our calculations and the exact values. The Sinc function representation converges rapidly, and

GATA4‐Driven Transcription of HtrA1 Promotes Cellular Senescence in Ménière's Disease and Age‐Related Audio‐Vestibular Dysfunction

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
This study identifies the HDAC6/GATA4/HtrA1 axis as a critical driver of cellular senescence in the inner ear. GATA4 nuclear translocation, facilitated by HDAC6 downregulation, transcriptionally activates HtrA1, promoting hair cell senescence, SASP, and audio‐vestibular dysfunction in models of Ménière's disease and age‐related audio‐vestibular ...

About some exponential inequalities related to the sinc function [PDF]

open access: yesJournal of Inequalities and Applications, 2018
In this paper we prove some exponential inequalities involving the sinc function. We analyze and prove inequalities with constant exponents as well as inequalities with certain polynomial exponents. Also, we establish intervals in which these inequalities hold.

LC3B Mediated SETDB1‐Accounted Alcoholic Steatohepatitis via Lipidation‐Dependent LAP and Lipidation‐Independent Nuclear Stabilization

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
SETDB1 is progressively downregulated in ALD, correlating with disease severity. SETDB1 deficiency impairs LAP by disrupting Rubicon membrane localization, leading to defective lipid droplet clearance. Concurrently, loss of SETDB1 reduces nuclear LC3B, causing R‐loop accumulation and cGAS‐STING‐driven inflammation. Lipidated LC3B mediates LAP‐dependent

Combating VEGFA‐siRNA‐Induced Metabolic Reprogramming via Glucose Utilization Deprivation

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
An ionizable lipid nanoparticle co‐delivers VEGFA siRNA and glucose oxidase to tumors to counteract VEGFA knockdown‐induced, glutamine‐driven metabolic compensation. Enzymatic glucose consumption reverses the adaptive pathways and restores metabolism toward baseline, thereby sensitizing tumors to therapy.

Localization results for the non-truncated max-product sampling operators based on Fejér and sinc-type kernels

open access: yesDemonstratio Mathematica, 2016
In this paper, we obtain strong localization results and local direct results in the approximation of continuous functions by the non-truncated max-product sampling operators based on Fejér and sinc (Wittaker)-type kernels.

The Unifying Theory Embraces Lagrange and Sinc Interpolation Functions

open access: yes, 2009
This chapter is devoted to the mathematics of the Lagrange and Sinc SRE-based interpolation functions. The organization of the text of this chapter is consistent with that of chapters VII, X, and XIV.

UCHL3 Regulates Subgenomic Flaviviral RNA Condensates to Promote Virus Propagation

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Flavivirus subgenomic RNAs (sfRNAs) antagonise antiviral defences, yet how sfRNAs are organized and maintained in cells remains poorly understood. Here we identify ubiquitin C‐terminal hydrolase L3 (UCHL3) as a post‐translational regulator of flavivirus sfRNA stability and function.

Depletion of p75NTR in Schwann Cells Driven by Inflammation Mediates Cutaneous Pain in Psoriasis

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Psoriasis‐like inflammation induces proliferation and molecular remodeling of cutaneous Schwann cells, marked by reduced p75NTR and increased NGF expression. IL‐17A promotes this process, whereas Schwann cell‐specific p75NTR overexpression alleviates cutaneous pain in vivo.
