Studying the effect of over-modulation on the output voltage of three-phase single-stage grid-connected boost inverter

open access: yesAlexandria Engineering Journal, 2013
Voltage boosting is very essential issue in renewable-energy fed applications. The classical two-stage power conversion process is typically used to interface the renewable energy sources to the grid.

Fuzzy Controller based Closed Loop Control for Single Stage Single Phase Grid Integrated PV System with Novel Configuration of 7 Level Hybrid Inverter [PDF]

open access: yesE3S Web of Conferences
Grid integrated renewable energy sources are greatly benefiting from the use of multilevel inverters, as they inject less total harmonic distortion (THD) and improve the quality of inverter voltage.

Multi-Input Ćuk-Derived Buck-Boost Voltage Source Inverter for Photovoltaic Systems in Microgrid Applications

open access: yesEnergies, 2019
This paper presents a multi-input Ćuk-derived Buck-Boost voltage source inverter (CBBVSI) for Photovoltaic (PV) systems. The proposed topology consists of a single-stage DC-AC inverter that combines both DC-DC and DC-AC stages.

Valosin‐containing protein counteracts ATP‐driven dissolution of FUS condensates through its ATPase activity in vitro

open access: yesFEBS Letters, EarlyView.
Biomolecular condensates formed by fused in sarcoma (FUS) are dissolved by high ATP concentrations yet persist in cells. Using a reconstituted system, we demonstrate that valosin‐containing protein (VCP), an AAA+ ATPase, counteracts ATP‐driven dissolution of FUS condensates through its D2 ATPase activity.

Simulation and Implementation of Quasi-Z-Source Based Single-stage Buck/boost Inverter Fed Induction Motor

open access: yes, 2016
Renewable power systems as distributed generation units often experience big changes in the inverter input voltage due to fluctuations of energy resources. Z-source inverter (ZSI) is known as a single-stage buck/boost inverter.
