The inclusive top quark pair ( $$t\bar{t}$$ t t ¯ ) cross-section $$\sigma _{t\bar{t}}$$ σ t t ¯ has been measured in proton–proton collisions at $$\sqrt{s}=13\,\text {TeV}$$ s = 13 TeV , using $$140\,{\text {fb}^{-1}} $$ 140 fb - 1 of data collected by ...

Pancreatic sensory neurons innervating healthy and PDAC tissue were retrogradely labeled and profiled by single‐cell RNA sequencing. Tumor‐associated innervation showed a dominant neurofilament‐positive subtype, altered mitochondrial gene signatures, and reduced non‐peptidergic neurons.

The millimeter-wave radar has been widely used in traffic applications. However, little research has been done to install the millimeter-wave radar on the top of a road for detecting road traffic flow at a downward looking direction.

CCDC80 suppresses high‐grade serous ovarian cancer migration via negative regulation of B7‐H3
PAX8 is a lineage‐specific master regulator of transcription in high‐grade serous ovarian cancer (HGSC) progression. We show for the first time that PAX8 facilitates proliferation and metastasis by repressing the cell autonomous tumor suppressor CCDC80 and inducing B7‐H3 expression.

The precise measurement of cross-sections for a variety of interaction processes is critical to understanding the nature of the neutrino. One process of interest are neutrino interactions that leave the nucleus in a 2-particle 2-hole state (2p2h). This poster will present progress towards the first cross-section measurement of 2p2h states on 40Ar to ...

We analyze cisplatin–DNA adducts (CDAs) and double‐strand breaks (DSBs) in a cell‐cycle‐dependent manner. We find that CDAs form similarly across all cell cycle phases. DSBs arise only in S‐phase. CDAs might not directly impair DSB repair, but S‐phase DSB lesions evolve in the presence of CDAs and disrupt repair in G2, also causing radiosensitization ...

Hijacking emergency granulopoiesis: Neutrophil ontogeny and reprogramming in cancer
Neutrophils are highly plastic innate immune cells; their functions in cancer extend beyond the tumour microenvironment. This Review summarises current understanding of neutrophil maturation and heterogeneity and highlights tumour‐induced granulopoiesis as a systemic programme that expands immature, immunosuppressive neutrophils via tumour‐derived ...

A urine‐based digital PCR assay targeting two hotspot TERT promoter variants detected bladder cancer with high sensitivity and no false positives in this case–control cohort. The streamlined AbsoluteQ workflow outperformed Sanger sequencing and supports non‐invasive molecular testing for bladder cancer detection.

This study shows that lung adenocarcinomas exploit developmental branching morphogenesis to acquire a therapy resistant basal‐like tumour cell state. This process was found to be regulated by combined TP53 loss‐of‐function and type‐I interferon signalling, identifying a novel axis for biomarker and therapeutic target discovery.

Cross-section Prediction Method for Proton Direct Ionization Induced Single Event Upset
This paper proposes a method for predicting the cross section (XS) of single event upset (SEU) induced by proton direct ionization (PDI). The method is based on the physics-based model previously proposed for both bulk FinFET static random access memories (SRAMs) and planar SRAMs under heavy ion irradiation.
