Aberrant lactylation plays a crucial role in the development of resistance to chemotherapy, immunotherapy, targeted therapy, and radiotherapy. Strategies to overcome this resistance include the inhibition of key glycolytic enzymes, targeting lactate transporters, synergistic therapeutic approaches, and the inhibition of specific site.
