Bioeffects of EM Radiation on Human Skin Health: A Theoretical SAR Analysis
Introduction: In this modern era, electromagnetic waves are playing a crucial role in our lives. An electric field is generated around the source of electromagnetic waves like mobile phone transmission towers, radio towers, TV towers, etc., which affects

The design of intrinsically robust stretchable semiconducting polymers was achieved through OTBS‐mediated post‐functionalization of PDPP2T side chains with UPy units, generating dual hydrogen‐bonding motifs comprising weaker urethane linkages and strong quadruple UPy interactions along the long alkyl side chain, which is crucial for achieving desirable

Alkylglycerol Derivatives, a New Class of Skin Penetration Modulators
The absorption modulating activity of two alkylglycerol derivatives (batyl and chimyl alcohol) on skin barrier properties was evaluated. Biophysical tests such as transepidermal water loss (TEWL) and attenuated total reflectance–Fourier transform ...

Ultrasoft silicone elastomers often sacrifice surface functionality for mechanical compliance. In Mold Star, low‐molecular‐weight species form a dispersed phase that weakens the network and passivates the surface. Solvent extraction removes this phase, unexpectedly improving both extensibility and metallization performance, enabling conductive ...

The Absorption of Monomethylhydrazine through Canine Skin
SummaryGraded doses of monomethylhydrazine (MMH) were applied to a 300-cm2 area of the shaved chest of anesthetized dogs. The area of skin to which the MMH was applied was reddened within 5 min, and the color progressively changed to deep red, then to yellow-brown to dark purple and, after 6 hr, to light gray.
