Delayed Uptake on 123I‐IMP SPECT as a Diagnostic Clue in Cranial Vault Lymphoma in a 25‐Year‐Old Man: A Case Report

open access: yesClinical Case Reports, Volume 14, Issue 10, October 2026.
ABSTRACT Lymphoma involving the cranial vault is an extremely rare condition that is often difficult to diagnose preoperatively because its imaging findings mimic those of other skull tumors. We report a case of diffuse large B‐cell lymphoma of the cranial vault in a 25‐year‐old man presenting with a rapidly enlarging frontal mass.

Predominance of In‐Field Recurrence After Radiotherapy for Sinonasal Cancer: A Single‐Center Retrospective Study

open access: yesHead &Neck, Volume 48, Issue 10, Page 2704-2712, October 2026.
ABSTRACT Background Sinonasal malignancies (SNM) are rare, heterogeneous tumors with poor prognosis. There is an unmet need to improve treatment outcomes. Despite advances in imaging and molecular classification, optimal curative radiotherapy (RT) strategies remain undefined.

Natural Killer Cell‐Derived Extracellular Vesicle Preparations Demonstrate Potent Antitumor Activity Against Human Glioblastoma In Vitro and In Vivo

open access: yesJournal of Extracellular Biology, Volume 5, Issue 10, October 2026.
Schematic overview of NK‐EV isolation strategies from expanded primary human NK cells. Primary human NK cells were isolated from PBMCs and expanded using K562 feeder cells. EV‐containing preparations were then isolated from expanded NK‐cell cultures using two approaches. First, total exosome isolation reagent was used as a precipitation‐based method to

The inflammatory infiltrate of high-grade serous carcinoma omental metastasis [PDF]

open access: yes, 2014
PhDThe aim of this thesis is to investigate the role of inflammatory infiltrates and chemokines in metastasis of high-grade serous ovarian cancer, HGSC, to the omentum using human tissue biopsies and a 3- dimensional (3D) cell culture model.
