Quantitative analysis on the geomorphology influence in slope stability [PDF]
La ocurrencia de deslizamientos está relacionada con unos factores que condicionan y otros que detonan los procesos de remoción en masa. Este trabajo contribuye a cuantificar la influencia de la geomorfología en la estabilidad de taludes como factor ...

Rock slope stability analysis using Slope Stability Rating (SSR) method
Abstract Nupabomba village roads frequently undergo landslides, so that detain transportation access flow pattern as a result of rock slope stability problem, which has become the landslides trigger. Furthermore, to find out landslides prone area slope stability level, an analytical study using a scientific approach is required to reveal

Implementing Health‐Related Quality of Life Assessment in Pediatric Oncology: A Feasibility Study
ABSTRACT Background There is growing interest in embedding health‐related quality of life (HRQoL) assessment and patient‐reported outcome measures (PROMs) within clinical cancer care. This study evaluated the feasibility, acceptability, and usability of implementing an electronic PROM (ePROM) platform to measure HRQoL in children with cancer ...

This study reveals how the mitochondrial protein Slm35 is regulated in Saccharomyces cerevisiae. The authors identify stress‐responsive DNA elements and two upstream open reading frames (uORFs) in the 5′ untranslated region of SLM35. One uORF restricts translation, and its mutation increases Slm35 protein levels and mitophagy.

Stability analysis of soft–hard-interbedded anti-inclined rock slope
The instability of rock slope is still a very frequent geological disaster, which seriously affects people's life and production activities. Previous studies have mainly focused on deformation mechanism, prediction, and control of hard rock with single ...
