Advances in Lymph Node Metastasis and Lymph Node Dissection in Early Non-small Cell Lung Cancer
Lung cancer is the malignant tumor with the highest morbidity and mortality in China. Non-small cell lung cancer is the main pathological type. Lymph node metastasis is the most common and primary metastatic pathway in non-small cell lung cancer ...

Single‐cell multi‐omics reveals epigenetic heterogeneity across therapy‐adaptive tumor states, including quiescent/dormant, drug‐tolerant persister, and EMT‐like phenotypes. By linking regulatory features with state‐associated biomarkers, these approaches inform biomarker‐guided therapeutic strategies for evolving tumors.

Research Progression of Maintenance Therapy in Small Cell Lung Cancer
Lung cancer is one of the common malignant tumors in the world, the incidence of small cell lung cancer is about 15% among them. Small cell lung cancer is highly sensitive to first-line chemotherapy, but most of the patients relapse after the first-line ...

Technical performance and diagnostic utility of the new Elecsys (R) neuron-specific enolase enzyme immunoassay [PDF]
This international multicenter study was designed to evaluate the technical performance of the new double-monoclonal, single-step Elecsys neuron-specific enolase (NSE) enzyme immunoassay (EIA) and to assess its utility as a sensitive and specific test ...

Drug resistance limits treatment success in a subset of lung cancers driven by ROS1 gene alterations. Using patient‐derived cells and computer simulations, we studied three key mutations and how they affect five targeted drugs. The mutations reduced drug effectiveness in different ways by altering protein structure and behavior.

PARP inhibitors induce a senescence phenotype in non‐small cell lung carcinoma cell lines
Talazoparib is the most potent inducer of senescence among different PARP1 inhibitors in human NSCLC cells. In the absence of PARP, no senescence phenotype was observed, demonstrating that PARP1 is necessary for the induction of senescence by this inhibitor.

ERα splice variant ERα∆7 lacks the C‐terminus, and its expression may change phenotypes of breast cancers. Our results showed that ERα∆7 is found in the luminal A subtype, and elevated ERα∆7 levels are linked to improved cell survival with lower proliferation and migration.
