Dissecting the role of TP53 alterations in del(11q) chronic lymphocytic leukemia
1. Combined del(11q) and TP53 alterations are related to a highly adverse outcome in CLL, and their co‐occurrence leads to clonal advantage in vitro and in vivo. 2.
