Free-standing cubic gauche nitrogen stable at 760 K under ambient pressure [PDF]

open access: yesarXiv
Cubic gauche nitrogen (cg-N) has received wide attention due to its high energy density and environmental friendliness. However, existing synthesis methods for cg-N predominantly rely on the high-pressure techniques, or the utilization of nanoconfined effects using highly toxic and sensitive sodium azide as precursor, which significantly restrict the ...

2‐Aminoindoles and 2‐Iminoindolines as Viable Precursors of Indole‐Fused Nitrogenated Polyheterocycles

open access: yesAdvanced Synthesis &Catalysis, Volume 367, Issue 6, March 18, 2025.
Abstract The synthesis of architecturally complex polyheterocyclic structures embedding the indole ring represents a growing field of interest. Carbolines and their partially dehydro derivatives, pyrazinoindoles, indoloindoles, azepinoindoles and other medium‐sized derivatives are only some examples of indole‐containing polycyclic compounds featured by

The content of metals in metallothioneins of the bivalve mollusk Unio tumidus depending on different in situ and in vitro exposures

open access: yesБіологічні студії, 2019
Metallothioneins are low-molecular-weight proteins involved in homeostasis and detoxification of the transition metals. The bivalve mollusks are known to be the most effective filter feeding aquatic organisms that provide the accumulation of toxic metals

Modulating Signal Generation in Aptamer‐Based CNT‐FET Biosensors by Controlling the Functionalization Route

open access: yesAdvanced Sensor Research, EarlyView.
The impact of different assembly strategies is discussed on the performance of nanoscale aptamer‐based SWCNT‐FET biosensors. By combining electrical and optical characterization, this is revealed that how aptamer conformation affects local electrostatic changes within the Debye length, leading to distinct sensor responses.

Azido(1,1-diphenylmethanimine-κN)[hydridotris(pyrazolyl-κN2)borato](triphenylphosphine-κP)ruthenium(II) diethyl ether solvate

open access: yesActa Crystallographica Section E, 2008
The reaction of [RuCl(C9H10BN6)(C18H15P)2] with benzophenone imine in methanol, in the presence of sodium azide, leads to the formation of the title compound, [Ru(C9H10BN6)(N3)(HN=CPh2)(C18H15P)]·C4H10O, which crystallizes as the diethyl ether ...

Does a glycine sodium nitrite crystal exist? [PDF]

open access: yesarXiv, 2015
The glycine sodium nitrite crystal reported by Khandpekar and Pati in the paper entitled, Synthesis and characterisation of glycine sodium nitrite crystals having non linear optical behaviour, Opt Commun 285, 2012 288-293 is actually gamma-glycine. In addition, we show that glycine barium ammonium nitrate, glycine sodium zinc sulfate, glycine barium ...

FUS Selectively Facilitates circRNAs Packing into Small Extracellular Vesicles within Hypoxia Neuron

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
This study aimed to unravel the role of FUS in the loading of functional circRNAs into neuronal sEVs under hypoxic conditions, which involves their aggregations in SGs and specific interaction between the FUS Zf_RanBP domain to regulate circRNA sorting in sEVs.

Structural and dynamical properties of sodium silicate melts: An investigation by molecular dynamics computer simulation [PDF]

open access: yesChem. Geol. 174, 87-101 (2001), 1999
We present the results of large scale computer simulations in which we investigate the static and dynamic properties of sodium disilicate and sodium trisilicate melts. We study in detail the static properties of these systems, namely the coordination numbers, the temperature dependence of the Q^(n) species and the static structure factor, and compare ...
