Integrative Multi‐Omics Approaches Reveal Selectivity Profiles and Molecular Mechanisms of FIIN‐2, a Covalent FGFR Inhibitor

open access: yesAdvanced Science, Volume 12, Issue 14, April 10, 2025.
Using integrative multi‐omics analyses, this study maps FIIN‐2's targets and signaling networks in liver cancer cells, and identifies covalent AMPKα1 binding as a novel autophagy‐activating mechanism. The findings resolve both on‐target FGFR inhibition and off‐target protein engagement, providing a molecular roadmap to refine covalent kinase inhibitors

Integrative Transcriptome‐Wide Association Study With Expression Quantitative Trait Loci Colocalization Identifies a Causal VAMP8 Variant for Nasopharyngeal Carcinoma Susceptibility

open access: yesAdvanced Science, Volume 12, Issue 11, March 20, 2025.
Integrating transcriptome‐wide association study, expression quantitative trait loci, and genome‐wide association study identifies rs1058588 at the vesicle‐associated membrane protein 8 (VAMP8) locus as a risk variant for nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC).

Airborne metal nanoparticles released by azides detonation: determination and potential public exposure

open access: yesScientific Reports
Metal azides are highly energetic materials that release a large amount of gas upon detonation. They also release metal particles, generating an aerosol. The most common azide is sodium azide (NaN3), which is used nowadays in car airbags.

LINC01235 Promotes Clonal Evolution through DNA Replication Licensing‐Induced Chromosomal Instability in Breast Cancer

open access: yesAdvanced Science, Volume 12, Issue 14, April 10, 2025.
This study elucidates the mechanism underlying LINC01235 promotes clonal evolution and selection under treatment pressure by facilitating DNA replication licensing and CIN, leading to increased therapeutic resistance in HER2+ breast cancer. Targeting LINC01235‐related pathways with ATR inhibitors may be a viable strategy for clinical application ...

Meisoindigo Acts as a Molecular Glue to Target PKMYT1 for Degradation in Chronic Myeloid Leukemia Therapy

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Meisoindigo targets PKMYT1 for degradation by acting as a molecular glue that enhances PKMYT1‐TRIM25 interaction, leading to K48‐linked ubiquitination and subsequent proteasomal degradation, thereby exerting therapeutic effects in chronic myeloid leukemia.

Synthesis of azido derivatives of mucobromic acid

open access: yesBulletin of the Chemical Society of Ethiopia, 2013
Mucobromic acid is a highly reactive multicentered molecule. It was converted to its corresponding but unstable diazido derivative by reaction with two equivalents of sodium azide.

Heat resistant polymers of oxidized styrylphosphine [PDF]

open access: yes, 1980
A flame resistant, nontoxic polymer which may be used safely in confined locations where there is inadequate ventilation is prepared either by polymerizing compounds having the formula R-N=P(C6H5)2(C6H4)CH=CH2 where R is an organic moeity selected from ...
