Promiscuous stimulation of HSP70 ATPase activity by parasite‐derived J‐domains
The malaria parasite Plasmodium falciparum exports three highly homologous yet functionally divergent J‐domain proteins into human erythrocytes. Here, we show that J‐domains isolated from all three proteins effectively stimulate the ATPase activity of both endogenous host and exported parasite HSP70 chaperones.

In this study, we developed a deep learning method for mitotic figure counting in H&E‐stained whole‐slide images and evaluated its prognostic impact in 13 external validation cohorts from seven different cancer types. Patients with more mitotic figures per mm2 had significantly worse patient outcome in all the studied cancer types except colorectal ...

Optimizing SVR using Local Best PSO for Software Effort Estimation
. In the software industry world, it’s known to fulfill the tremendous demand. Therefore, estimating effort is needed to optimize the accuracy of the results, because it has the weakness in the personal analysis of experts who tend to be less objective.

Background: Do we always need complex methods for software effort estimation (SEE)? Aim: To characterize the essential content of SEE data, i.e., the least number of features and instances required to capture the information within SEE data. If the essential content is very small, then 1) the contained information must be very brief and 2) the value ...

This protocol paper outlines methods to establish the success of a time‐resolved serial crystallographic experiment, by means of statistical analysis of timepoint data in reciprocal space and models in real space. We show how to amplify the signal from excited states to visualise structural changes in successful experiments.

Why Software Effort Estimation Needs SBSE
Industrial practitioners now face a bewildering array of possible configurations for effort estimation. How to select the best one for a particular dataset? This paper introduces OIL (short for optimized learning), a novel configuration tool for effort estimation based on differential evolution.

Screening and epitope characterization of Nidogen‐2‐specific nanobodies
Camel immunization and phage display were employed to generate high‐affinity VHH nanobodies against Nidogen‐2. After library construction, biopanning, ELISA screening, sequencing, and recombinant expression, selected nanobodies were purified and characterized, leading to the preliminary exploration of a nanobody‐based sandwich ELISA for specific ...

Bisphenol A (BPA), a common chemical in plastics, exerts dual effects on bladder cancer cells: low doses promote growth and migration, while high doses suppress growth and migration. Multi‐omics and bioinformatics reveal BPA acts via MAPK and inflammatory pathways.

Visual Recovery Reflects Cortical MeCP2 Sensitivity in Rett Syndrome
ABSTRACT Objective Rett syndrome (RTT) is a devastating neurodevelopmental disorder with developmental regression affecting motor, sensory, and cognitive functions. Sensory disruptions contribute to the complex behavioral and cognitive difficulties and represent an important target for therapeutic interventions.

SOFTWARE EFFORT ESTIMATION RESEARCH DYNAMIC
Software effort estimation is ill-defined task, which can be solved relatively effectively only by artificial intelligence and machine learning methods. It was reported in recent scientific papers and immediately attracted the attention of managers in the field of software engineering. Since so far this problem has been solved by the expert method. The
