Chloroplast DNA evolution in potato (Solanum tuberosum L.)

Theoretical and Applied Genetics, 1991
A deletion specific to chloroplast (ct) DNA of potato (Solanum tuberosum ssp. tuberosum) was determined by comparative sequence analysis. The deletion was 241 bp in size, and was not flanked by direct repeats. Five small, open reading frames were found in the corresponding regions of ctDNAs from wild potato (S. tuberosum ssp.

Micropropagation of Potato (Solanum tuberosum L.)

1992
The potato is one of the world’s most economically important crop plants. Subjecting the plant to a period of thermotherapy followed by meristem culture now routinely allows the production of pathogen-tested (virus-free) stock cultures, and in vitro cultures free from bacteria, fungi, and viruses are used for micro-propagation of large quantities of ...

ХОЛИНЕРГИЧЕСКИЕ ЭФФЕКТЫ АЛКАЛОИДОВ SOLANUM TUBEROSUM L.

2023
The cholinergic activity of the alkaloids solanine and chaconine is not well study. The aim of the study is to determine the possible cholinergic activity of Solanum tuberosum L. alkaloids. Materials and methods. We studied the possibility of interaction of glycoalkaloids with muscarinic cholinergic receptors of the M1, M2 and M3 types, as well as with
