Helioseismology, solar models and solar neutrinos [PDF]
We review recent advances concerning helioseismology, solar models and solar neutrinos. Particularly we shall address the following points: i) helioseismic tests of recent SSMs; ii)the accuracy of the helioseismic determination of the sound speed near ...

We examine the weak cosmic censorship conjecture (WCCC) violation by throwing a charged and rotating test particle into a Kerr–Newman–modified gravity black hole (KN–MOG BH). The result depends on several factors, such as the relative sign of the particle’s charge and its direction of rotation with respect to black hole (BH).

Solar neutrinos and leptonic spin forces
We quantify the effects of light spin-zero particles with pseudoscalar couplings to leptons and scalar couplings to nucleons on the evolution of solar neutrinos. In this scenario the matter potential sourced by the nucleons in the Sun’s matter gives rise

Solar Neutrinos: Where We Are, Where We Are Going [PDF]
This talk answers a series of questions. Why study solar neutrinos? What does the combined standard model (solar plus electroweak) predict for solar neutrinos? Why are the calculations of neutrino fluxes robust? What are the three solar neutrino problems?

A Renormalizable Neutrino Mass Model With (Z2 × Z4)⋊Z2(II) Symmetry
In this work, a renormalizable neutrino mass model based on (Z2 × Z4)⋊Z2 (II) symmetry is proposed for the modification of the μ − τ reflection symmetry. The hierarchies of lepton masses can be naturally realized, and the lepton mixing is addressed.

Double Threefold Degeneracies for Active and Sterile Neutrinos [PDF]
We explore the possibility that the 3 active (doublet) neutrinos have nearly degenerate masses which are split only by the usual seesaw mechanism from 3 sterile (singlet) neutrinos in the presence of a softly broken $A_4$ symmetry.

Spectral Analysis of Flickering Gamma‐Ray Flashes Observed During the ALOFT 2023 Campaign
Abstract We examine a newly discovered category of high‐energy radiation events called flickering gamma‐ray flashes (FGF) detected during the airborne lightning observatory for FEGS and TGFs campaign in July 2023. These FGFs are characterized by highly pulsating gamma‐ray emissions that have no detectable concurrent optical or radio signals (Ostgaard ...

Implications of CHOOZ results for the decoupling of solar and atmospheric neutrino oscillations
We have considered the results of solar and atmospheric neutrino oscillation experiments in the scheme of mixing of three neutrinos with a mass hierarchy.
