Synaptic κ‐Ga2O3 Photodetectors for Privacy‐Enhancing Neuromorphic Computing

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
We report on a single‐element neuromorphic sensor based on the persistent photoconductivity (PPC) of κ‐phase Ga2O3 capable of sensing ultraviolet light and harnessing intrinsic data privacy. The approach establishes a materials‐enabled pathway toward compact, intelligent, and privacy‐enhancing optoelectronic hardware for next‐generation edge systems ...

Magnetogram-matching Biot–Savart Law and Decomposition of Vector Magnetograms

open access: yesThe Astrophysical Journal
We generalize a magnetogram-matching Biot–Savart law (BS l ) from planar to spherical geometry. For a given coronal current density J , this law determines the magnetic field $\widetilde{{\boldsymbol{B}}}$ whose radial component vanishes at the surface ...

Atomic Interlayer Mo–N4 Sites Enable Rapid Charge Transfer and Efficient CO2 Photoreduction

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
This work achieved efficient CO2 activation and ultrafast interlayer electron transport in a 2D COF by constructing atomic‐level Mo‐N4‐induced interlayer electron bridges (IEB), thereby kinetically and thermodynamically co‐driving the photocatalytic coupling of CO2 reduction with 4‐methoxybenzyl alcohol oxidation.

Magnetic Field Configuration of a Quiescent Prominence Revealed by Large-amplitude Longitudinal Oscillations in End-view Observations

open access: yesThe Astrophysical Journal
Prominence seismology, applied to large-amplitude longitudinal oscillations, is used to indirectly diagnose the geometry and strength of the magnetic fields inside the prominence.

Solution‐Processed Nickel Oxide as Efficient Hole Transport Layers in Inverted Perovskite Solar Cells

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
This review summarizes recent advances in four mainstream solution‐based techniques for synthesizing NiOx hole‐transport layers for high‐performance perovskite photovoltaic cells, and highlights the key challenges and future prospects for achieving high efficiency, long‐term stability, and low‐cost perovskite photovoltaic technologies toward ...

Observations of the Formation and Disappearance of a Funnel Prominence

open access: yesThe Astrophysical Journal Letters
We present an observational study of the formation and disappearance of a funnel prominence. Before the funnel prominence formed, cool materials from the top of a preexisting polar crown prominence flowed along saddle-shaped coronal loops to their base ...

2D radiative modelling of He I spectral lines formed in solar prominences

open access: yes, 2007
We present preliminary results of 2D radiative modelling of He I lines in solar prominences, using a new numerical code developed by us (Leger, Chevallier and Paletou 2007).
