Inference of magnetic fields in inhomogeneous prominences
Most of the quantitative information about the magnetic field vector in solar prominences comes from the analysis of the Hanle effect acting on lines formed by scattering.

On the Asymmetric Longitudinal Oscillations of a Pikelner's Model Prominence [PDF]
We present analytical and numerical models of a normal-polarity quiescent prominence that are based on the model of Pikelner (Solar Phys. 1971, 17, 44 ).

Hot prominence spicules launched from turbulent cool solar prominences [PDF]
A solar filament is a dense cool condensation that is supported and thermally insulated by magnetic fields in the rarefied hot corona. Its evolution and stability, leading to either an eruption or disappearance, depend on its coupling with the surrounding hot corona through a thin transition region, where the temperature steeply rises.

A sulfonated poly(ether ether ketone)‐based hybrid membrane is fabricated with fluorine‐doped carbon dot (FCD) and functionalized metal organic framework (MIL−101−NH2). The novel design reduces unwanted ion crossover while maintaining a sufficient proton transport pathway.

A Unified Model of Solar Prominence Formation with Self-consistent Heating
Several models have been proposed to explain the formation of solar prominences, among which the evaporation–condensation model and the direct injection model are the most popular ones.

On the nature of prominence emission observed by SDO/AIA
The Prominence-Corona Transition Region (PCTR) plays a key role in the thermal and pressure equilibrium of solar prominences. Our knowledge of this interface is limited and several major issues remain open, including the thermal structure and, in ...

Integrated Visible Light and Oxidant Protection Through Multifunctional Sunscreens
High‐energy visible radiation (HEVR), although less energetic than UV light, penetrates deeper into the skin and contributes to photoaging, pigmentation disorders, and oxidative stress. The development of new HEVR‐targeted filters, therefore, represents not only a scientific challenge but also a pressing public health and cosmetic industry need.
