Low‐density lipoprotein receptor‐related protein 6 (LRP6) is a key receptor for the Wnt antagonist Dickkopf1 (DKK1). DKK1 protein expression is induced in a bleomycin (BLM)‐induced lung injury model. We show that DKK1 induces proinflammatory and profibrotic genes in lung fibroblasts.

Let $G$ be a finite insoluble group with soluble radical $ R(G)$. The solubility graph $\Gamma_{\rm S}(G)$ of $G$ is a simple graph whose vertices are the elements of $G\setminus R(G) $ and two distinct vertices $x$ and $y$ are adjacent if and only if they generate a soluble subgroup of $G$.

Finite soluble groups with nilpotent wide subgroups [PDF]

A subgroup of a finite group is wide if each prime divisor of the group order divides the subgroup order. We obtain the description of finite soluble groups with no wide subgroups. We also prove that a finite soluble group with nilpotent wide subgroups has the quotient group by its hypercenter with no wide subgroups.
