Fire enhances solubility of biogenic silica
Science of The Total Environment, 2016Changing fire regimes in response to climate change are likely to have significant effects on terrestrial ecosystems and biogeochemical cycles. While effects of fire on some nutrient cycles have been quite well-studied, little attention has been paid to the silicon cycle.

Polyamidoamine Starburst® dendrimers as solubility enhancers
International Journal of Pharmaceutics, 2000The solubility of the hydrophobic drug ibuprofen has been compared in an aqueous solution of polyamidoamine (PAMAM) G4 dendrimer and sodium dodecyl sulphate (SDS). The PAMAM G4 dendrimer solution significantly enhanced the solubility of ibuprofen compared to 2% SDS solution.

Solubility Enhancement Techniques for Poorly Water-Soluble Drugs
International Journal of Pharmaceutical Sciences and Nanotechnology, 2017Solubility is the phenomenon of dissolution of solid in liquid phase to give a homogenous system. Solubility is one of the important parameter to achieve desired concentration of drug in systemic circulation for optimum pharmacological response. Poorly water-soluble drugs often require high doses in order to reach therapeutic plasma concentrations ...

CNTs in Solubility Enhancement
2019In essence, CNTs are hydrophobic, synthetically ready, and thus insoluble in water. Covalent functionalization, however, produced these CNTs hydrophilic on their sidewalls and tips using hydrophilic groups such as ammonium and –COOH (Dyke and Tour, Chem Eur J 10:812–817, 2004).

INTERNATIONAL JOURNAL OF PHARMACEUTICAL QUALITY ASSURANCE
Using a range of pure solvents and solvent mixes, this study investigated the solubility enhancement of four cox-2 inhibitors: celecoxib, rofecoxib, meloxicam, and nimesulide. The solvents included water, alcohols, glycols, glycerol, and polyethylene glycol 400 (PEG 400).

Ion‐Bombardment Enhanced Solubility in Solids
physica status solidi (b), 1967AbstractTwo labelling techniques are developed which are based on injection of small concentrations of radioactive atoms with a known concentration profile. These techniques are used for studying enhancement of solubility in mica, Al2O3, and NiO induced in these substances by bombardment with Kr ions with energies in the keV region. Mica is found to be

Review on Solubility Enhancement Techniques
Asian Journal of Pharmaceutical Research, 2016Absorption process is develop in biological system to getting required organic and inorganic chemicals in to systemic circulation and maintain bioavailability. The bioavailability issue can be due to insufficient solubility or permeability. Most compounds face the solubility problems.

Solubility Enhancement Of Poorly Soluble Drug
The purpose of this evaluation was to enhance the solubility and bioavailability of poorly soluble medications through a variety of methods such as physical, chemical, and other modifications or techniques. Solubility refers to the maximum amount of solute that can dissolve in a specific amount of solvent or solution at a given temperature.openaire +1 more source
