Efficient Preparation of Solvable Anyons with Adaptive Quantum Circuits
The classification of topological phases of matter is a fundamental challenge in quantum many-body physics, with applications to quantum technology. Recently, this classification has been extended to the setting of adaptive finite-depth local unitary ...

Abstract Automatically generating invariants, key to computer-aided analysis of probabilistic and deterministic programs and compiler optimisation, is a challenging open problem. Whilst the problem is in general undecidable, the goal is settled for restricted classes of loops. For the class of solvable loops, introduced by Rodríguez-Carbonell

Structural and biochemical characterisations show that the planar cell polarity (PCP) protein Inturned harbours a unique PDZ‐like domain that does not bind canonical PDZ‐binding motifs (PBMs) like that of another PCP protein Vangl2. In contrast, the apical‐basal polarity protein Scribble contains four PDZ domains that bind Vangl2, but one PDZ domain ...

Tau acetylation at K331 has limited impact on tau pathology in vivo
We mapped tau post‐translational modifications in humanized MAPT knock‐in mice and in amyloid‐bearing double knock‐in mice. Acetylation within the repeat domain, particularly around K331, showed modest increases under amyloid pathology. To test functional relevance, we generated MAPTK331Q knock‐in mice.

In this paper, we first prove new properties of the $(a, q)$-stably solvable maps for a class of decomposable operators in the form of $LF$, where $L$ is a bounded linear operator and $F$ is nonlinear.

Supersymmetric Quantum Mechanics and Solvable Models
We review solvable models within the framework of supersymmetric quantum mechanics (SUSYQM). In SUSYQM, the shape invariance condition insures solvability of quantum mechanical problems.

Calpain small subunit homodimerization is robust and calcium‐independent
Calpains dimerize via penta‐EF‐hand (PEF) domains. Using single‐molecule force spectroscopy, we measured the strength and kinetics of PEF–PEF homodimer binding. The interaction is robust, shows a transient conformational step before dissociation, and remains largely insensitive to Ca2+.

Structural insights into an engineered feruloyl esterase with improved MHET degrading properties
A feruloyl esterase was engineered to mimic key features of MHETase, enhancing the degradation of PET oligomers. Structural and computational analysis reveal how a point mutation stabilizes the active site and reshapes the binding cleft, expading substrate scope.

A Method of Constructing Superpotentials by Combining Two Functions Based on Shape Invariance
Supersymmetric quantum mechanics (SUSYQM) plays an important role in solving the Schrödinger equation, and it is also important to find more superpotentials that can be solved accurately.

Finite BCI-groups are solvable [PDF]
Let $S$ be a subset of a finite group $G$. The bi-Cayley graph ${rm BCay}(G,S)$ of $G$ with respect to $S$ is an undirected graph with vertex set $Gtimes{1,2}$ and edge set ${{(x,1),(sx,2)}mid xin G, sin S}$. A bi-Cayley graph ${rm BCay}(G,S)$ is
