Study of solvent debinding parameters for metal injection moulded 316L stainless steel
Solvent debinding is one of a crucial stage in Metal Injection Moulding (MIM) process. This process begins with the removal of the soluble binder components by using solvents such as heptane or hexane. In solvent debinding process, unsuccessful to achieve maximum binder removal will cause a defect to the compact such as crack and swelling.

3D‐Printed Na3V2(PO4)3 Electrodes for Symmetric Sodium‐Ion Batteries
Vat photopolymerization 3D printing is used to fabricate current collector‐free Na3V2(PO4)3 (NVP) electrodes with complex lattice geometries. After thermal postprocessing, the printed electrodes operate reversibly as both positive and negative electrodes in a symmetric sodium‐ion battery.

A partially water soluble binder system was successfully derived and tested for injection moulding of alumina powder. The major binder of the binder system was comprised of poly(2-ethly-2-oxaline) and polyethylene glycol and these constituents formed the water soluble fraction of the system.

Debinding of Stereolithographically Printed Ceramic Parts: Supercritical Carbon Dioxide as Solvent
Cleaning, pre-conditioning and thermal debinding of 3D-printed ceramic parts takes a significant amount of time and ways to shorten the manufacturing time are scarce. The thermal debinding could be made more economical by extracting some of the slurry substances prior to thermal debinding, creating flow channels for gases to exit.
