Abstract Rapidly accelerated fibrosarcoma type B/B‐Raf proto‐oncogene, serine/threonine kinase (BRAF) and mitogen‐activated protein kinase (MEK) inhibitors have transformed outcomes in cancer therapy, particularly in melanoma. However, cardiovascular toxicities are increasingly recognized in real‐world clinical practice.

Treatment with BRAF inhibitor plus MEK inhibitor is currently used in BRAF‐mutated various malignancies except colorectal cancer, and treatments with BRAF and/or MEK inhibitors and anti‐EGFR antibody are used in BRAF‐mutated colorectal cancer. Despite recent advances in BRAF‐targeted therapies, their efficacy is still limited.

Adherence to Treatment in Allergic Rhinitis During the Pollen Season in Europe: A MASK‐air Study

In a study assessing mobile health data, (i) adherence to rhinitis medication was highest for oral antihistamines and lowest for azelastine‐fluticasone, (ii) in weeks of partial adherence, azelastine‐fluticasone was associated with lower levels of reported rhinitis symptoms than other medication classes.
