Hadamard type operators on spaces of real analytic functions in several variables
The paper under review deals with multipliers on the space of real analytic functions of several variables, i.e., linear and continuous operators for which all monomials are eigenvectors. It should be compared with [\textit{M. Langenbruch} and \textit{P. Domański}, Analysis, München 32, No.

In the present work, we have identified a transcriptional signature based on the differential expression of six genes (BCL2&MAST4, HSH2D&LAT2, METRN&PITPNM2) that would facilitate the early detection of T‐cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia (T‐ALL) patients prone to a poor treatment response and could be implemented at diagnosis, along with other risk ...

Characterization of surjective partial differential operators on spaces of real analytic functions [PDF]
This important article addresses the following problem: Let \(P(D)\) be a linear partial differential operator with constant coefficients, let \(\Omega\) be an open subset of \(\mathbb R^n\) and let \(A(\Omega)\) denote the space of all complex valued real analytic functions on \(\Omega\).

CCDC80 suppresses high‐grade serous ovarian cancer migration via negative regulation of B7‐H3
PAX8 is a lineage‐specific master regulator of transcription in high‐grade serous ovarian cancer (HGSC) progression. We show for the first time that PAX8 facilitates proliferation and metastasis by repressing the cell autonomous tumor suppressor CCDC80 and inducing B7‐H3 expression.

On a Schrödinger Equation in the Complex Space Variable
We study a separable Hilbert space of smooth curves taking values in the Segal–Bergmann space of analytic functions in the complex plane, and two of its subspaces that are the domains of unbounded non self-adjoint linear partial differential operators of

Hijacking emergency granulopoiesis: Neutrophil ontogeny and reprogramming in cancer
Neutrophils are highly plastic innate immune cells; their functions in cancer extend beyond the tumour microenvironment. This Review summarises current understanding of neutrophil maturation and heterogeneity and highlights tumour‐induced granulopoiesis as a systemic programme that expands immature, immunosuppressive neutrophils via tumour‐derived ...

Here, we demonstrate that HS1BP3 interacts with Cortactin through a proline‐rich region (PRR3.1) and show that this interaction, and HS1BP3 itself, promote cancer cell proliferation and invasion. Inhibition of this interaction leads to build‐up of TKS5 in multivesicular endosomes and altered secretion of CD63 and CD9, providing an explanation for the ...

Dihadron angular correlations in the e + e − collision
The precision of fixed-order calculations on the dihadron production in electron-positron annihilation is paramount for probing QCD factorization and constraining non-perturbative inputs.

Continuous linear right inverses for convolution operators in spaces of real analytic functions [PDF]
The author characterizes the convolution operators \(T_ \mu = \mu^*\) on real analytic functions which admit a continuous linear right inverse, by means of the zeros of the Fourier transform \(\widehat \mu\) of \(\mu\).

Interpreting the effects of DNA polymerase variants at the structural level
Using MAVISp and molecular dynamics simulations, we analyzed over 60 000 missense variants in POLE and POLD1 from ClinVar, COSMIC, cBioPortal, and saturation mutagenesis. Identified mechanistic indicators, including stability, binding, and long‐range, enable structural interpretation, providing ACMG‐like evidence for possible reclassification of VUS ...
