Gravity‐Dependent Modulation of Downbeat Nystagmus: Insights From Velocity‐Storage Dysfunction
ABSTRACT Objective Downbeat nystagmus varies with head position, a phenomenon termed gravity‐dependent modulation. We aimed to clarify its mechanism using a velocity‐storage model. Methods In 10 patients with downbeat nystagmus due to cerebellar disorders, we recorded eye movements at different pitch‐ and roll‐axis head positions.

On the geometry of metric measure spaces
We introduce and analyze lower (Ricci) curvature bounds $ \underline{{Curv}} {\left( {M,d,m} \right)} $ ⩾ K for metric measure spaces $ {\left( {M,d,m} \right)} $.

Objective To support high‐quality, patient‐centered care for systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE), the American College of Rheumatology (ACR) developed evidence‐based measures incorporating clinical and patient‐reported outcome measures (PROMs). Using the Consolidated Framework for Implementation Research (CFIR), we conducted semistructured interviews ...

Objective To evaluate utility of an artificial intelligence (AI) health coach for systemic sclerosis (SSc) self‐management and identify patterns associated with participant engagement. Methods We conducted a mixed methods study in which an AI health coach, powered by a large language model (LLM), was used to support self‐management for SSc.

Copulae of probability measures on product spaces [PDF]
International audienceIt has been proved (Sklar, 1959, Publ. Inst. Statist. Univ. Paris 8 229–231) that any multivariate distribution function depends on its arguments only through its marginal distributions.

A Q‐Learning Algorithm to Solve the Two‐Player Zero‐Sum Game Problem for Nonlinear Systems
A Q‐learning algorithm to solve the two‐player zero‐sum game problem for nonlinear systems. ABSTRACT This paper deals with the two‐player zero‐sum game problem, which is a bounded L2$$ {L}_2 $$‐gain robust control problem. Finding an analytical solution to the complex Hamilton‐Jacobi‐Issacs (HJI) equation is a challenging task.

Kantorovich type topologies on spaces of measures and convergence of barycenters [PDF]
We study two topologies $\tau_{KR}$ and $\tau_K$ on the space of measures on a completely regular space generated by Kantorovich--Rubinshtein and Kantorovich seminorms analogous to their classical norms in the case of a metric space.
