We separated cleaned root samples into nodal roots and lateral roots according to position. Nodal roots were dried at 65 ℃ for 48 h and weighed. However, for lateral roots that are considered highly plastic, we randomly selected subsamples for scanning,

Phytophthora root rot caused by Phytophthora capsici (P. capsici) is a serious limitation to pepper production in Southern China, with high temperature and humidity. Mapping PRR resistance genes can provide linked DNA markers for breeding PRR resistant varieties by molecular marker-assisted selection (MAS).

Pancreatic sensory neurons innervating healthy and PDAC tissue were retrogradely labeled and profiled by single‐cell RNA sequencing. Tumor‐associated innervation showed a dominant neurofilament‐positive subtype, altered mitochondrial gene signatures, and reduced non‐peptidergic neurons.

CCDC80 suppresses high‐grade serous ovarian cancer migration via negative regulation of B7‐H3
PAX8 is a lineage‐specific master regulator of transcription in high‐grade serous ovarian cancer (HGSC) progression. We show for the first time that PAX8 facilitates proliferation and metastasis by repressing the cell autonomous tumor suppressor CCDC80 and inducing B7‐H3 expression.

Linking root morphology, longevity and function to root branch order: a case study in three shrubs [PDF]
Root branching order supports a powerful approach to understanding complex root systems; however, how the pattern of root morphological characteristics, tissue carbon (C) and nitrogen (N) concentrations, and root lifespan are related to anatomical ...

Specific root length and root/leaf ratio in the two soil textures at four growth stages.
(A) SRL; (B) root length/leaf area ratio. Bars represent average values ± SE, n = 15. Different lower-case and capital letters indicate differences (p≤0.05) between growth stages and between soil textures, respectively.

CIN85 is highly expressed in osteosarcoma, particularly in metastatic lesions. Its overexpression increases cell migration and Matrigel invasion, while silencing CIN85 suppresses these behaviors. Transcriptome analysis shows that CIN85 regulates MMP2, COL3A1, and Akt/mTOR signaling. Targeting these pathways reverses CIN85‐induced motility, highlighting
