The paper deals with the results of a spectroscopic investigation of riboflavin tetrabutirata in solutions of various polarity. The fluorescent and polarized excitation and emission spectra, absorption spectra are obtained; the quantum yield of fluorescence in the ethanol and glycerol solutions is determined.
