Liquid biopsy‐based diagnostic evaluation of hypermethylated CpG sites for ovarian cancer diagnosis

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
This schematic outlines the workflow from biomarker identification to duplex MethyLight assay validation for epithelial ovarian cancer diagnosis using cfDNA‐based liquid biopsy. Initial screening of hypermethylated CpG candidates (cg02957270, cg10061138 cg00480298, COL2A1) was performed in tissue using ARMS‐PCR, COBRA, qPCR and image analysis. Selected

Research of Full Range Speed-regulation System Based on Bivariate 6-pulse Wave AC-AC Converter

open access: yesGong-kuang zidonghua, 2010
The paper proposed a design scheme of full range speed-regulation system based on bivariate 6-pulse wave AC-AC converter. It analyzed control principle of bivariate 6-pulse wave AC-AC converter, introduced characteristics and design of main circuit and ...

Loss of proton‐sensing TDAG8 increases tumor progression in mouse models of colon cancer

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Loss of the pH‐sensing receptor TDAG8 accelerates colorectal cancer progression in mice. Animals lacking TDAG8 expression had increased tumor growth, DNA damage, and recruitment of tumor‐associated immune cells, including macrophages, neutrophils, and monocytes.

Epigenetic heterogeneity and plasticity in therapy‐induced tumor states through single‐cell multi‐omics

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Single‐cell multi‐omics reveals epigenetic heterogeneity across therapy‐adaptive tumor states, including quiescent/dormant, drug‐tolerant persister, and EMT‐like phenotypes. By linking regulatory features with state‐associated biomarkers, these approaches inform biomarker‐guided therapeutic strategies for evolving tumors.

Research on Traction Speed Regulation and Braking Device of Pipeline Intelligent Plugging Robot

open access: yes工程科学与技术
ObjectiveWith increasing pipeline mileage and service time, more pipelines are being damaged due to environmental corrosion and human factors. This damage results in interruptions in transport and leakage of oil and gas, which in turn causes economic ...

RESEARCH ON FUZZY CONTROL SIMULATION OF CVT RATIO BASED ON ENGINE SPEED REGULATION CHARACTERISTICS

open access: yesJixie qiangdu, 2019
According to the load characteristics and speed regulation characteristics of the engine, the steady-state torque model is established and the optimum power and economy curves of engine are determined. Then the engine target speed is obtained by using the

PAK1 activation drives divergent resistance mechanisms to aromatase inhibition and tamoxifen in a luminal: A breast cancer model

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Breast cancer remains a major cause of cancer death in women, frequently developing endocrine therapy resistance. This study demonstrates that upregulated p21‐activated kinase 1 (PAK1) activity drives resistance to tamoxifen and long‐term estrogen deprivation in ER+ breast cancer models.

Regulating speed: social acceleration, and international law

open access: yes, 2018
This chapter examines some consequences of social acceleration, the ‘speeding up of time’, for international law. The first part of the chapter outlines some leading theories on social acceleration, in particular the theory developed by Hermut Rosa.
