Spin fragmentation of Bose–Einstein condensates with antiferromagnetic interactions

open access: yesNew Journal of Physics, 2013
We study spin fragmentation of an antiferromagnetic spin 1 condensate in the presence of a quadratic Zeeman (QZ) effect breaking spin rotational symmetry.

A Universal van der Waals Tunneling Injector for Monolayer CMOS

open access: yesAdvanced Materials, EarlyView.
A universal van der Waals injector unlocks polarity‐flexible tunneling contacts for monolayer CMOS. SnSe2, an intrinsically degenerate 2D semiconductor, establishes polarity‐specific band alignments with both WSe2 and MoS2 channels, enabling steep switching, high on/off ratios, and a unified route to low‐power 2D logic.

Modeling Problems of Spin Crossover Nanocrystals

open access: yes, 2017
The most important approaches which describe the behavior of spin crossover compounds have been reviewed. Thermodynamic consideration of spin crossover phenomenon is one of the most general able to describe theoretically almost any kind of transition in spin crossover system.

Evidence of Photo-Thermal Effects on the First-Order Thermo-Induced Spin Transition of [{Fe(NCSe)(py)2}2(m-bpypz)] Spin-Crossover Material

open access: yesMagnetochemistry, 2019
We have investigated by means of optical microscopy and magnetic measurements the first-order thermal spin transition of the [{Fe(NCSe)(py)2}2(m-bpypz)] spin-crossover compound under various shining intensities, far from the light-induced spin-state ...

New High‐Tc Charge‐Transfer Multiferroicity in the Quasi‐2D Antiferromagnet CrSbS3

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Low‐dimensional magnets, particularly 2D systems, offer a rich platform for realizing unconventional multiferroic mechanisms, especially when multiple polarization channels coexist. In the quasi‐2D antiferromagnet CrSbS3, which crystallizes in the centrosymmetric orthorhombic space group Pnma and orders magnetically at TN ≈ 90 K, two ...
