Electrospun Janus Nanofibrous Mats as Multifunctional Fish Preservation Gaskets

Janus nanofibers were created using tri‐fluid electrospinning with a tri‐channel spinneret, with one side composed of ethylcellulose and TiO2and the other side containing sodium alginate and tea polyphenols. The Janus fibrous mats, used as food gaskets, extended the shelf life of packaged fish to 9 days through their synergistic effect.
