Light‐switchable MSCs (MSC‐UCNPs) were constructed by intracellular incorporation of UCNPs. Upon 980 nm irradiation, UCNPs emitted localized ultraviolet light (365 nm), activating the ROS/HEXB/LAMP1 signaling pathway to suppress lysosome–multivesicular body fusion and thereby enhance exosome biogenesis. Embedded within an injectable hydrogel, MSC‐UCNPs

Perturbation Analysis of Spindle Speed Variation in Machine Tool Chatter [PDF]
Spindle speed variation has been shown to be an effective method for chatter control. In this paper, a single-degree-of-freedom regenerative type chatter equation is treated using perturbation methods.

Tightly focused laser irradiation can accumulate tubulin proteins at/around the laser focus, which leads to the formation of highly ordered microtubule assemblies. The assemblies can exhibit various dynamic behaviors such as radial motion, bundling, and flagella‐like rotation with motor protein and chemical energy, highlighting as a unique tool for ...

This study confirms that GGT1 is a key driver of neuronal ferroptosis following spinal cord injury. We developed NSCm@EA, a biomimetic delivery system coated with neural stem cell membranes, for precise delivery of enocyanin to injured neurons. By combining targeted delivery with ubiquitination degradation mechanisms, this system promotes MGRN1 ...

Deform 3D Simulation and Experimental Study in Machining of AISI 1020 Mild Steel
The drilling process plays a crucial role in the assembly process of modern-day manufactories. One of the major causes of component rejection during drilling operations is the incorrect selection of spindle speed and feed rate.

We investigate the geometry‐governed optoelectronic anisotropy arising from dielectric confinement in quasi‐1D γ‐GaS nanoribbons with intrinsically isotropic atomic structures. Dielectric mismatch between the nanoribbon and its surroundings leads to a general polarization‐dependent photoresponse during near‐field scattering.
