Discovery of aminopyridine-containing spiro derivatives as EGFR mutations inhibitors

open access: yesJournal of Enzyme Inhibition and Medicinal Chemistry, 2019
Neratinib is an oral pan HER inhibitor, that irreversibly inhibits EGFR and HER2 and was proven to be effective against multiple EGFR mutations. In previous study, we reported spiro [indoline-3, 4′-piperidine]-2-ones as anticancer agents.

Boron-based donor-spiro-acceptor compounds exhibiting thermally activated delayed fluorescence (TADF).

open access: yesDalton Transactions, 2018
Four boron-based donor-spiro-acceptor compounds, composed of different donor moieties and borylated 2-phenylpyridines as the acceptor, were studied. Their intense photoluminescence in the solid state can be tuned by changing the donor and long emission ...

Spiro‐Phenothiazine Hole‐Transporting Materials: Unlocking Stability and Scalability in Perovskite Solar Cells

open access: yesAdvanced Materials, EarlyView.
Fluorene‐functionalized spiro‐phenothiazine (PTZ‐Fl) exhibits strong Li+ affinity and thermal stability, enabling a PCE of 25.75% in small‐area cells and 22.07% in 25 cm2 modules. Under ISOS‐L3 conditions, PTZ‐Flbased devices retain over 80% efficiency after 1000 hours, demonstrating superior stability and scalability compared to spiro‐OMeTAD for next ...
