Some statistical aspects of the planning of non-orthogonal experiments of split-split-plot type

We have established a humanized orthotopic patient‐derived xenograft (Hu‐oPDX) mouse model of high‐grade serous ovarian cancer (HGSOC) that recapitulates human tumor–immune interactions. Using combined anti‐PD‐L1/anti‐CD73 immunotherapy, we demonstrate the model's improved biological relevance and enhanced translational value for preclinical ...

In the present work, we have identified a transcriptional signature based on the differential expression of six genes (BCL2&MAST4, HSH2D&LAT2, METRN&PITPNM2) that would facilitate the early detection of T‐cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia (T‐ALL) patients prone to a poor treatment response and could be implemented at diagnosis, along with other risk ...

D-optimal design of split-split-plot experiments
In industrial experimentation there is growing interest in studies that span more than one processing step. Convenience often dictates restrictions in randomization in passing from one processing step to another.

Selecting optimal follow-up split-plot designs
Split-plot designs and follow-up designs have been considered in literature for many years. However, no research has been done on selecting optimal follow-up split-plot designs for response surface methodology. In this thesis, we will find optimal follow-

COMPARING ANALYSES OF UNBALANCED SPLIT-PLOT EXPERIMENTS
Several procedures for constructing confidence intervals and testing hypotheses about fixed effects in unbalanced split-plot experiments have previously been presented and discussed by Remmenga and Johnson.

CCDC80 suppresses high‐grade serous ovarian cancer migration via negative regulation of B7‐H3
PAX8 is a lineage‐specific master regulator of transcription in high‐grade serous ovarian cancer (HGSC) progression. We show for the first time that PAX8 facilitates proliferation and metastasis by repressing the cell autonomous tumor suppressor CCDC80 and inducing B7‐H3 expression.

Tests for the strip-split plot design
In this article we present the structure of the F tests, the variance components and the approximate degrees of freedom for each of the eight possible mixed models of the strip-split plot design.

KDM7A and KDM1A inhibition suppresses tumour promoting pathways in prostate cancer
Treatment resistance is a major challenge for patients with advanced prostate cancer. This study examined an alternative approach to target the major prostate cancer‐promoting pathway by targeting epigenetic factors, whose levels are higher in tumours.

Comparison of the Optimal Design: Split-Plot Experiments
Over the past decade, there have been rapid advances in the development of methods for the design and analysis of optimal split-plot experiment. Industrial experimentation involving optimality criteria has not been fully exhausted.
